Relaxing stay close to the lake. Great hotel in a truly beautiful location. Breakfast was excellent and the wedding was stunning.
However the manager I think was outstandingly rude on several occasions. I recognise that the hotel was super busy, however more than one of our very large party found the Dear guest, we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our location during a wedding and could start your morning with our delicious breakfast.
To hear on the other side that the service was lacking and an inappropriate collegial tone was noticed, we regret. Hotel staff helpful and accommodating, Wonderful biergarten on site and menu inclusive.
